Yes. We encourage and sometimes require a shadow to give you a realistic view of the position and experience first-hand our working environment. For our clinical positions, we call this a “ride along” and have you join one of our clinicians on a patient visit.

After the interview, if we are interested in moving forward with hiring you, the recruitment coordinator will contact you about checking your references. With positive references, we will complete a criminal background check.
A resume is required for our licensed clinical and leadership positions. While not required, a resume is highly encouraged to give you the opportunity to tell us more about you! You may choose to upload a cover letter, letters of reference or other documents in support of your application.

The interview process is how Androscoggin gets to know you better and for you to have the opportunity to get to know us. You will learn about our “why” – what brings our staff and clinicians to work every day to care for our patients and clients. In addition, our time together will help you understand our mission and values. We are currently interviewing in a virtual format with a team comprised of managers and employees to discuss your experience, skills, and talents. We welcome your questions and want to hear about your achievements and the value you can bring to Androscoggin.

The best way to reach us is through our email recruitment@Androscoggin.org and one of our recruitment coordinators will be right back to you.

If you are not chosen for a position, do not get discouraged. Androscoggin has many opportunities and we encourage you to explore and apply again. Talking with one of our recruitment coordinators is also helpful so we can find out exactly what you are looking for.
